Revenge ( English~Hindi)

Translated by: MANOJ KABIR Contact: 9897095674 Email-manojkabir3642@gmail.com                                       REVENGE Revenge is a kind of wild justice, which the more man's nature runs to, the more ought law to weed it out. Certainly in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy, but in passing it over he is superior, for it is a prince's part to pardon. It is the glory of a man to pass by an offence. That which is past is gone and irrevocable and wise men have enough to do with things present and to come; therefore they do but trifle with themselves, that labour in past matters. There is no man who does a wrong for the wrong's sake, but thereby to purchase himself profit, or pleasure, or honour of the like. And if any man should do wrong merely out of ill nature, it is but like the thor...

Indiscipline among students

Translated by: MANOJ KABIR Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA) Contact: 9897095674 Email: manojkabir3642@gmail.com                                                               ARTICLE Restlessness among the students of colleges and universities culminating in indiscipline has stemmed from their deep-rooted feeling that their views and aspirations are ignored by their elders, politicians, administrators, teachers and educationists. The situation has been aggravated by a sense of insecurity among them. It is high time that sincere efforts be made and concrete steps taken to analyze and solve their genuine problems.                                    आलेख विद्यालयों व विश्वविद्यालयों में छात्रों के असंतोष से उत्पन्न अनुशासनह...

Threat of war

Translated by: Manoj Kabir Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA) Contact: 9897095674 Email: manojkabir3642@gmail.com Today while mankind is subject to threat of war, especially  by deadly methods which science is perfecting, there is only one way to secure good of  humanity and that is to have only one armed force for the entire world. There might be local police force with minor weapons so as to cope with unarmed civilians, but all the deadly weapons of war must be concentrated in the hands of one single authority. When this has been achieved, there will no longer be any serious danger of wars unless there be a civil war like situation between different  units of the international force. There will need to be control over education, in the sense that no country must be allowed in its schools to teach predatory nationalism. The teaching of history should lay more stress upon the progress of man than upon national victories or defeats in contests with other nation...

World Peace

Translated by: Manoj Kabir Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (India) Contact: 9897095674 Email: manojkabir3642@gmail.com                                                   WORLD PEACE Peace is not only an absolute necessity for us in India in order to progress and develop but is also of paramount importance to the world. How can that peace be preserved? Not by surrendering to aggression, not by compromising with evil or injustice but also not by talking and preparing for war. Aggression has to be met, for that endangers peace. At the same time, the lesson of the last two wars has to be remembered and it seems to me astonishing that inspite of the lesson we go the same way. The very process of a marshalling of the world into two hostile camps precipitates the conflict which is sought to avoid, It produces a sense of terrible fear and that fear darkens men’s mind...

Nature and Humans

Relationship between nature and humans is more ancient and specific(or unique) than any other relationship. Nature has nurtured human species as a mother. Today, in the era of globalization, when the dominance of the machines is increasing,  crisis on mother nature  is becoming a usual practice. A situation of imbalance  has arisen out of the way human beings are playing with nature in the name of development. In fact, the concept of development is possible only by harmonizing with nature. The manner in which smog is affecting the lives of common people in Delhi, it is clear that special measures should be taken soon for natural balance and protection. Along with the government, unless the participation of the common man is ensured, it is impossible to get some positive outcome. We must keep in harmony with nature along with development  at high priority, only then the existence of mankind is possible. प्रकृति और...

Tax policies

Tax policies are one of the important fiscal tools with the government to achieve the twin national objectives i.e. maintaining economic stability while boosting economic growth of the nation. The recent indirect tax policy reform in the form of Goods and Services Tax (GST) by government is believed to be  transformative and visionary in that it would help the government to minimize its fiscal deficit due to wider horizontal span of tax, elimination of operational as well as structural inefficiencies in the taxation system and redistribution of resources from less productive to more productive sectors. In present socio-economic as well as in political parlance, GST has become a buzz word and the government officials, policy makers and laymen are skeptic about its implications on the economy. However, two waves of thoughts have evolved on GST’s implications on agricultural sector, which can be classified into myths and reality. This article attempts to bring together the myths and ...
